I’m a HSP (highly sensitive person), Empath and INFP
I love reminding others of their unique beauty and expanding our capacity to perceive the magic, potential and wonder in ourselves and the world around us
I learnt that the more we move away from habitual ways of looking at reality, the more the real will reveal itself to us. But by doing this, the more mysterious life will become
I enjoy intuitively reminding people of the best versions of themselves and to live within our authentic nature
Hi, I’m Luiza Heka

I qualified as a mental health practitioner and have worked with people experiencing psychosis, anxiety, and depression in both mental health hospitals and community settings. Later, I moved into oncology and hospice care, supporting individuals in recovering from chronic illness or caring for individuals on the journey toward death. I've also worked with children with neurodivergence and specific learning differences as well as with adults in forensics and addiction. Throughout my life, I've often been in roles where I provide support, helping people in crisis, transition, or intense emotional states. I hold a First-Class degree in Philosophy, Politics, and History.
Whilst working within mental health and allopathic medicine, I felt that there was something missing in the support I could provide. I was also facing chronic health conditions that the medical system struggled to address. This led me to study under spiritual teachers to find greater meaning in suffering and to explore traditional forms of medicine. I wanted to better understand how trauma and physical health conditions could be approached from emotional and spiritual perspectives while seeking my own healing as well. Through this journey, I began to see the power of traditional healing methods and that life was even more magical and mysterious than I had previously imagined. After a series of spiritual openings I could not ignore, I chose to begin my journey towards a more soul-led, and congruent life.
In 2023, I trained in Qi Gong Healing, and in 2024, I completed my training in Usui Reiki. I also studied for a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2021 to 2024, gaining a foundational understanding of its philosophy and principles. My energy work weaves together my knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reiki, Qi Gong Healing, plant shamanism, as well as insights from nervous system regulation, polyvagal theory, and somatic approaches. I also draw upon my background in mental health to create a holistic and trauma-aware approach.
In 2022, I travelled into the Amazon jungle to study the Shipibo healing tradition and shamanism with maestro Don Enrique Lopez of the Mahua-Lopez lineage. I spent two months there, connecting deeply with the land and plants and participating in periods of solitude and fasting. I’ve returned to the jungle since and undertaken multiple master plant dietas, taking on specific trees and flowers as my direct teachers. My worldview is animistic; I see all of life as interconnected, with human and non-human beings supporting one another on a shared journey.
Shortly after my time in the jungle, I spent two years immersed in spiritual practice at a spiritual school. During this period, I studied and practiced Tantric, Yogic, and Taoist mysticism and continue to deepen my practices within these traditions. I value lineage, transmission, and have received various empowerments to support my work as a healer and Tarot reader. I honor the sacred lineages that have been kept alive but also live beyond time and space, as well as my teachers.
I am also passionate about Alchemy, Non-Dual Classical Tantra, Tibetan Buddhism, Christian Mysticism and aspects of Celtic Tradition. I believe that many spiritual paths lead to the same universal truths and that we have many helpers, seen and unseen, guiding us along the way. I’m currently studying Hermeticism, the Kabbalah, and the Western Magical Tradition and practice Non-Dual Tantra.
Beyond my spiritual practice, I am deeply committed to collective emotional healing and practices that empower individuals. During my years in mental health work, I saw how many forms of suffering stem from the same shared human experiences. I understand that love, connection, belonging, health, and safety are essential for everyone and that we must foster these qualities together. I believe collective healing affects us all as we are all connected, that we change the world by changing ourselves and that we often have more power and freedom than we think.
